Description
Free Valentines Mug Cosy Knitting Pattern (PDF)
This free Valentines mug cosy knitting pattern is a quick and thoughtful project — perfect for a handmade Valentine’s gift or a cosy treat for yourself. The design is worked in a simple rib and twist stitch pattern, with a stocking stitch panel for adding your own motif.
In the sample shown, a heart motif is embroidered using the Swiss darning technique, but you can easily personalise the cosy with initials, words, or your own simple design. A chart for the heart motif is included in the instructions.
The pattern includes instructions for both a shaped mug (as shown in the photos) and a straight-sided mug, making it flexible for different mug styles.
This is a digital PDF knitting pattern and is available as a free download.
