1 ball (or oddment of 4 shades) I used shades A = 100 white, B = 002 apple, C = 071 pool,
D = 001 primrose
4 small buttons,
2 x safety pin
1 pair of long size 4 mm (US6/UK8) needles (or use a 60 cm circular needle – working in rows) Yarn amounts are based on average requirements and are approximate.

To Substitute: Use same length of any DK weight yarn that achieves a tension of 22 stitches and 28–30 rows over stocking stitch using 4mm knitting needles.
