Baby Booties Knitting Pattern (DK/Light Worsted)

This baby booties knitting pattern creates sweet, cosy booties worked in simple garter stitch using DK (8ply / light worsted) yarn.

The pattern includes instructions for both:

• Knitting in the round on double pointed needles

• Knitting flat on straight needles

This makes it suitable for knitters who prefer either method, and beginners.

The multi-coloured version shown was made using Adriafil KnitCol yarn. Please note: this is not a Fair Isle pattern — the colour effect comes from the yarn.

Substitute yarn must match:

22 stitches and 28–30 rows to 10 cm
over stocking stitch using 4 mm needles.
