• Digital products – free delivery by email/download link.

• Physical products – we aim to ship within 48 hours (excluding weekends/holidays). Delivery times vary by location; please allow up to 28 days.

• Physical products – shipping rates depend on destination and order value. Free shipping may apply on larger orders (details shown at checkout).

Returns & Refunds

• Digital products – non-refundable. By purchasing, you agree to waive your 14-day cooling-off rights.

• Physical products – unopened patterns, kits or other physical products may be returned within 14 days at your own cost. Please contact us before returning.

• Cut fabric – as this is prepared to your order, it is non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty.

Pricing & Payments

• All prices are in GBP. Your bank may charge currency conversion fees for overseas purchases.

• Payment is taken before delivery.
