Materials
Use an Aran-weight (US Worsted) yarn with a tension of 18 sts x 25 rows over stocking stitch on 5 mm needles (UK/Canada/Aus no. 6, US no. 8).

I suggest Paintbox Yarns Wool Mix Aran(180m/197yds per 100g ball), 1 ball each of shades 807 Vanilla Cream, 836 Dolphin Blue, and 814 Pillar Red.

West Yorkshire Spinners—Retreat (140m/153yds per 100g ball), 1 ball each of shades 151 Joy, 552 Adore, and 010 Pure.

Sizes

This Cosy will fit a Medium (2 cups) or Large (4-6 cups) size Tea Pot.

The width of the medium cosy is approx 37.5 cm all round and 16 cm high.

The width of the Large cosy is approx 48 cm all round and 19.5 cm high. (Not including the bobble) It’s best to use a
yarn with a high proportion of pure wool.
