Note: Work the correct foot width – allow negative ease (this means you should make a size
slightly smaller than round foot measurement – so that the sock stretches to fit) then alter the
length to any foot length as required. The toe and heel each measure 4.25 cm—deduct these
from your foot length then work the rounds in between toe and heel for this length.

MATERIALS
2 x 50g balls of King Cole Majestic DK—30% Acrylic, 50% Superwash Wool, 20% Polyamide
(Nylon).
Set of 5 dpns size 4.0mm (US 6 / UK 8) Bamboo needles are best as they are not slippy.
Crochet hook any medium size – Oddment of contrast yarn approx DK.

To Substitute: Use any light worsted or DK yarn that has a st st tension on no 4mm needles of
22 sts and 28 rows to 10 cm square. See ball band labels for this info.
Note: Sock yarns should contain a small amount of Nylon (Polyamide) for strength.
